Established in beautiful Boulder, Colorado in 2011.
We aren’t traditional. We aren’t authentic. We are McDevitt Taco Supply.
Our mission is to provide high-quality Boulder-style tacos in a fun, relaxing atmosphere while supporting our local community.
In the Beginning
McDevitt Taco Supply started in 2011 on the Pearl Street Mall with a single taco cart.
Sanitas Brewing Co.
A few years later we partnered with Sanitas Brewing Company and built a second cart that still pulls up to their patio every day — our year-round home at the brewery.
Brick & Mortar
In 2017 we outgrew our commissary kitchen and opened our first restaurant in the Meadows Shopping Center on Baseline Rd. in Boulder, Colorado.
heady coffee co.
In 2022 we expanded into the space next door and opened heady coffee co. — coffee, pastries, and good vibes right alongside the tacos.
Super Heady Tacos
We’ve sold hundreds of thousands of tacos at music festivals across the country — Bonnaroo, Coachella, Electric Forest, and more — usually in a sparkly taco cape.
Event Catering
From corporate lunches and breakfast meetings to weddings, graduation parties, and holiday gatherings — we bring taco bars, nacho bars, and full bar service to events across the Front Range.
One Big Family
We’re a family of taco slingers who like to have a good time. Everyone, in the kitchen and on the floor, works as a team and splits tips evenly.
Triple Bypass Bike Race
35 Super Heady Taco Slingers served 13,000 tacos to the riders of the Triple Bypass Bike Race in Avon, CO — one of our favorite days every year.
